Print this sheet blank, then fill it in by hand with a pen. A4, landscape, one-sided, at 100% scale — then fold along the two orange dashed lines. Do not type your recovery words into this page, do not save a filled-in copy as a PDF, and do not print it over a network printer that keeps a spool. The page itself loads nothing from the internet, so it is safe to open on the offline machine — but the computer you print from is not the machine that holds your keys, and should never learn the words.

First time? The project page walks through every screen of creating a wallet — including the page whose fingerprint and first address you compare against your coordinator once the watch-only file is imported, which is how you know the file that reached Sparrow is the wallet you just made. There is also how to get and check the image, and how to write the stick.

Passphrase used? NO  /  YES Circle one
If YES, keep it somewhere else – not on this sheet – written exactly as you typed it. With the wrong passphrase these words open a different, empty wallet, and nothing will tell you so.
⚠️ NEVER LOSE THIS PAPER: it is the only copy. The machine keeps none, the stick holds none, nobody can reissue it. Store it dry, fire-safe, and away from the computer.

Master fingerprint Wallet name
Circle your word count and leave the unused lines empty. The fingerprint is the eight characters SignerOS shows when the wallet is made; it is how you check later that these words are the wallet you think they are.
⛔ NEVER SHARE THESE WORDS: whoever reads them can spend the wallet. Type them only into SignerOS, on the offline machine – never into a phone, a browser, or any computer that is online.
How to use
1.
Start the offline machine. Boot a computer from the SignerOS stick: it runs in memory only, cannot go online, and forgets everything at shutdown.
2.
Write the words on this sheet. Choose Create a wallet and copy them onto the word panels in order, by hand. The machine then makes you type every word back.
3.
Take the public file. SignerOS writes a watch-only file to the PSBT_DATA drive. Open it in Sparrow or Blockstream Green: it can watch and prepare payments, never spend. Check its fingerprint and first address against the machine's.
4.
Pay someone. That wallet saves the payment as a .psbt file on the stick. Choose Sign a transaction, check the amount and the address on screen, then sign and carry the file back.
5.
To recover, later. Choose Export watch-only keys and type these words in, with your passphrase if you used one. The fingerprint on screen must match this sheet.

YOUR RECOVERY WORDS
Inside, hand-written, are the words that open a Bitcoin wallet. Whoever reads them can spend it; whoever loses them loses it. Keep it folded, keep it offline, never photograph it.
